Displate Manufacturing To Establish First Kentucky Operation in Louisville With $9.5 Million Investment, Creating 79 Jobs

LOUISVILLE, Ky (May 6, 2026) – Today, Poland-based Displate Manufacturing unveiled plans to locate its first Kentucky operation in Louisville with a $9.5 million investment, creating 79 quality, full-time jobs.

“Louisville is the place to grow a manufacturing business and companies across the globe are noticing,” said Trevor Pawl, CEO of One Louisville. “Displate’s investment is another example of a company who sees the value of Louisville’s unmatched logistical advantages, talent pool and manufacturing expertise. I am excited to work with Displate’s team as they continue to grow and innovate from their new U.S. operations homebase.”

Displate is a global e-commerce group specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality metal poster artwork. As part of the company’s long-term strategic expansion into the North American market, Displate’s new manufacturing and logistics operation will reduce delivery times, lower logistics costs and increase overall operational flexibility.

“Establishing our first U.S. manufacturing operation in Louisville is a defining milestone for Displate and a critical step in our long term North American expansion,” said Nicholas Holdcraft, CEO of Displate. “Kentucky offers an exceptional combination of manufacturing talent, logistics infrastructure and a business environment that supports scale and innovation. This investment allows us to serve our U.S. customers faster, operate with greater flexibility and build a strong local team that will be central to our future growth. We are proud to make Louisville our manufacturing home in the United States and to create high-quality, well-paying jobs for the local community. Displate is committed to being a long-term partner in Kentucky. We look forward to investing in people, supporting economic development and growing alongside the community for years to come.”

The nearly 60,000-square-foot leased facility will be the company’s first operation in the commonwealth and will allow for increased production capacity to meet future and expected growth in the U.S. and North American markets. By the end of 2026, the facility will handle between 35-50% of the company’s U.S. orders, with full operational capacity expected by 2027.

“Displate’s multimillion-dollar investment in Louisville and its commitment to create nearly 80 new well-paying jobs is another example that helps cement Louisville as America’s home for advanced manufacturing,” said Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg. “We are proud to welcome this global company to its first U.S. manufacturing home in South Louisville and look forward to connecting Displate to our unmatched ecosystem of innovation that can’t be found anywhere else in America.”

Displate operates across multiple international markets and has built a business model that combines proprietary manufacturing technology, a global network of artists and brands and performance-driven digital marketing to serve customers in over 40 countries. The company is headquartered in Poland and operates its U.S. business development and marketing operations in Seattle.

“Kentucky’s unique location, skilled workforce and access to resources make it an ideal location for any company looking to expand its operations,” said Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear. “Displate is just the latest overseas company to recognize the value of doing business here in the commonwealth and the advantages it affords them. I am excited about the 79 new jobs this investment will create and the opportunities it will provide for our fellow Kentuckians and their families. I look forward to Displate’s future success here in its New Kentucky Home.”

The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) last month preliminarily approved a 10-year incentive agreement with the company under the Kentucky Business Investment program. The performance-based agreement can provide up to $850,000 in tax incentives based on the company’s investment of $9.5 million and annual targets of:

  • Creation and maintenance of 79 Kentucky-resident, full-time jobs across 10 years; and
  • Paying an average hourly wage of $32.59, including benefits, across those jobs.

.
By meeting its annual targets over the agreement term, the company can be eligible to keep a portion of the new tax revenue it generates. The company may claim eligible incentives against its income tax liability and/or wage assessments.

In addition, Displate can receive resources from Kentucky’s workforce service providers. Those include no-cost recruitment and job placement services, reduced-cost customized training and job-training incentives.
